Abs-olutely Awesome Tuesday

Hey all,

Knocked out Chest/Shoulders and a bit of Abs before work today.  Didn't go very heavy and mostly machine work. I plan on doing some Barbell work Thursday.

I knocked out:
Incline Press Machine, Straight Press Machine, Side Raises, Push Downs, Cable Crossovers, Machine Flys, Hanging Leg Raises, Ab Rollouts.

Tip of the day, If you are trying to get Abs DO NOT drink calories, unless it is your protein.

I know I have a ways to go on my Abs but I am pleased with my progress.
