Just thought I would throw out this quick review for NOW Foods L-Arginine.
I started using it about 4 months ago and noticed immense vascularity from the beginning and while it doesn't seem to improve much based on that alone it certainly maintains the effect. I take 5 grams a day.

Abs-olutely Awesome Tuesday
Hey all,
Knocked out Chest/Shoulders and a bit of Abs before work today. Didn't go very heavy and mostly machine work. I plan on doing some Barbell work Thursday.
I knocked out:
Incline Press Machine, Straight Press Machine, Side Raises, Push Downs, Cable Crossovers, Machine Flys, Hanging Leg Raises, Ab Rollouts.
Tip of the day, If you are trying to get Abs DO NOT drink calories, unless it is your protein.
I know I have a ways to go on my Abs but I am pleased with my progress.

Muscle Pharm Combat Powder Review
Hey there,
Thought it would be good to give my first review to what should be a staple in everyone's diet/supplement routine. protein. Now I realize you can get adequate protein without the use of powders and some powders have been found to deliver less than advertised grams per scoop.
But one stand up company that delivers on what they promise is Muscle Pharm. I can order any of their products with confidence knowing that quality supplements pay off. Their Combat Powder is my favorite protein powder. It is not a post workout blend, it can be used for that but it has different sources of protein that will release fast for some and slow for others. The taste is incredible and I never get tired of the Cookies and Cream. I try to shoot for 1.5g/protein per pound of body weight so typically I will have one or two of these shakes per day.
10/10 Product.

Greetings
Welcome friends, my name is Joel Smith.
I am here to share with you my journey to take my body to the peak of it's potential. I began going to the gym in November of 2010. I didn't know what I was doing, made little progress. I didn't give up but kept going, believe me I had a LONG way to go. I did my research. Learned much from various sources. I started making better progress and it was like I was on a roll.
Shortly thereafter I received a hernia injury in November of 2011. This sidelined me from any serious lifting for some time. I had surgery in February of 2012. A month later I was hitting hard and going all out. I joined a contest in april to lose weight and by god I did. Here are the results after 94 days:
I know what I am doing, I know what I need to do to get there and would like to help others along the way. I plan to use this blog to log my progress, review products, and write some articles about fitness and nutrition.
